From New York City
From the George Washington Bridge, follow signs for Route 4 West to the Teaneck Road exit (towards Ridgefield Park). Make a right onto Teaneck Road and go south for two traffic lights. At the second light, makes a right onto Cedar Lane, *** then make the first left onto Chadwick Road. Go into the parking lot adjacent to the REHABILITATION MEDICAL CENTER, which will be the first driveway on your left. Park in the designated spots (handicapped, for those with proper ID or remaining spots. Enter through the REHABILITATION entrance and report to the MS Center receptionist around the corner to your left.
From Western New Jersey
Travel on Route 80 East in the local lanes to the Teaneck/Fort Lee Road exit. Stay on the right. Go to the second turnoff, Exit 70B, Teaneck Road/Teaneck. Stay on the Fort Lee Road West for two traffic lights to Teaneck Road. Make a right onto Teaneck Road and a left onto Cedar Lanes, which is one light after Holy Name Hospital. Follow above ***.
From Southern New Jersey
Travel on the New Jersey Turnpike until it ends at Exit 18. Continue on the I-95 North, staying on the right. Follow the sign for Exit 70 Leonia/Teaneck. Go to the second turnoff, Exit 70B, Teaneck Road/Teaneck. Stay on Fort Lee Road West for two traffic lights to Teaneck Road. Make a right onto Teaneck Road and a left onto Cedar Lane, which is one light after Holy Name Hospital. Follow above ***.
From Route 17 North and South
Travel on Route 17 to the Route 4 East exit. Take Route 4 to the first Teaneck Road/Teaneck exit, immediately follows the Queen Ann Road exit. Make a right onto Teaneck Road and go south for two traffic lights. At the second light, make a right onto Cedar Lane. Follow above ***.
From Northern New Jersey
Travel the Garden State Parkway South to exit 163. Travel on Route 17 South to Route 4 East. Get off on the first Teaneck Road/Teaneck exit, which immediately follow the Queen Ann Road exit. Make a right onto Teaneck Road and go south for two traffic lights. At the second light, make a right onto Cedar Lane. Follow above ***.
