 On Sunday,
April 13th, 2008, the MS Center at Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck, NJ
will be hosting its 11th Annual Spring Fashion Fling and
Luncheon for MS. Once again, it
will be held at the Glenpointe Marriott in Teaneck, NJ. We are anticipating approximately 800
attendees with the return of our National Spokesperson, PGA Pro, Brett
Massingham and our Honorary Chairperson, Mr.
Chris Cimino, WNBC-TV meteorologist and our Keynote Speaker, writer,
comedian and MS Advocate, Jonathan Katz. Our guests will be treated
to a four-course luncheon and fashion show with fashions provided by Lord
& Taylor’s at Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ. One of the highlights of the afternoon will
be our auction where we plan to offer more than 150 fabulous prizes. Local businesses and friends of the MS
Center donate all prizes and 100% of monies raised at this event go directly to
patient care and research

Need Your Help!
The MS Center at Holy Name Hospital counts on the
support of the community we serve and our patients to continue our
mission. The MS Center is New Jersey’s only state-licensed,
non-profit facility providing healthcare and related services
exclusively for MS patients and their families. As you know, the Center
provides care to all patients, regardless of ability to pay, and is
financed entirely through patient revenues, grants, contributions, and
special events. We are not the National Multiple Sclerosis Society
although we are commonly misidentified with them. The MS Center is a
not-for-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization registered with the
State of New Jersey. All contributions are tax deductible all donated
funds goes directed towards patient care.
Attention Patients and friends of the MS Center:
Please help us with our fundraising by supporting our events as much as
possible. You can even call the Development Office with your own
fundraising ideas! We’ll be happy to work with you. We
welcome ideas for our already planned or new special events and fund
raising projects for 2006 -2007. There is so much you can do to help!
We’ve had patients do their own golf outings, bowl-a-thons,
dance-a-thons, car washes, garage sales, all on behalf of our wonderful
Center!!!!

 Our 3rd Annual Rollover MS Day was held on Sunday, October 14, 2007
We
had our 3rd Annual Rollover Event on October 14th! Thanks to
Chris Cimino, we had a beautiful day!!!

Our 10th Annual Golf Outing was held on Monday, September 17, 2007
Well, it's been about a week since our wonderful 10th Annual Golf
Outing and everyone is still buzzing about what a great day it was!
We were so very lucky with the weather! It was just a
magnificent day, from the fabulous massages in the morning to the
cocktails at sunset; it was just an extraordinary day...I do believe
that a great time was had by all!!!
